I’m Jairon “Jay” De Leon — a foodservice leader with Eurest, digital marketing advisor, SmartMenuIQ creator, IT professional, RV entrepreneur, husband, father, and community-minded problem solver.
My Story
I believe the best leaders are hands-on, creative, and willing to solve real problems. My background combines foodservice operations, marketing, digital tools, IT support, and entrepreneurship.
Whether I’m improving a café experience, presenting a new app, supporting a technology opening, or helping a guest feel welcome, my goal is simple: make things easier, smarter, and more memorable.

I work in the Eurest B&I division of Compass Group, where I lead foodservice operations and support digital marketing and technology initiatives. I’m passionate about creating experiences that connect people — from themed café promotions and digital signage to AI-powered tools like SmartMenuIQ.
Outside of work, I support businesses through side IT work, manage my RV rental business, create music and digital projects, and most importantly, spend time with my wife Jennifer and our four boys.
